Because we specialize in Latin dancewear, our styles are very popular with Salsa, Tango and Ballroom dancers looking for social dance outfits or practice wear. Within
the U.S. : Standard 5-11 day delivery: Order will
arrive within 9-11 days from day order is placed.
Overnight/2nd day delivery: Order will arrive within 1-3 days from day order is placed - delivery time depends on the time of day orders are placed, if orders are placed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday and how close the delivery location is to a mail hub. Orders received before 8AM PST will go out SAME DAY, except for Sundays.

| VOLUME PURCHASE DISCOUNTS |
e.K.
currently offers discounts starting at 10% for purchases of
3 or more of the same item (regardless of color or size). The
discount is given automatically when the order is processed,
not at the time of check out. At
the time of check out, the shopping cart system will show our
regular prices. ALL ORDERS with 3 or more of the same item will
be issued the discount; discounts are automatic and do not need
to be requested.
We currently have wholesale pricing available for resellers with a valid reseller's permit or business license.
If interested, please contact us
to set up a wholesale account. There is
no obligation to make a purchase, but it is required to show
proof of ownership of a physical retail location where dancewear
or dance related products are sold to become a wholesale buyer
from e.K. Clothing (in addition to a reseller's permit/business license).
We only offer our products to online vendors
who are based outside the U.S. ** Discounts are given off regular priced items. Only one discount may be applied per order. |

| RETURN POLICY |
Merchandise
can be returned WITHIN 14 days of receipt and may be refunded
or exchanged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee. Items to be exchanged are shipped free of charge
within the U.S. Items that are reshipped/exchanged to Canada incur a $5.00 reshipping fee. Merchandise MUST NOT BE VISIBLY WORN, WASHED OR DAMAGED. International exchanges (outside the U.S. and Canada) are subject to
a $15.00 reshipping fee. Refunds will be processed when returned
items are received and will be given minus the original shipping fee. Shoes IT IS IMPORTANT TO READ THIS CAREFULLY AS THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE TRY YOUR NEW SHOES ON OVER A CLEAN, SOFT SURFACE. SOILED SHOES AND SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. Shoes can be returned new and unworn WITHIN 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Once a pair of shoes is exchanged the sale is considered final and can not be returned or exchanged again. Returns and exchanges should be sent to: e.K. ALSO: It usually takes about 1-2 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed (returns/exchanges for international customers take longer due to shipping transit times). These 2 weeks include the mail transit time from the customer to us and then from us back to the customer. We process our returns/exchanges 1-2 times a week in batches. It would be very time consuming to process returns one by one as they came back to the store. As far as time in transit - it takes packages a couple of days to reach their destination which is part of the return process. We do offer expedited exchanges for customers who call us in advance and make that request. If there is a super rush to receive an item by a certain date, it is recommended to place a new order and then we'll credit your return merchandise when it is received. |

We
restock our inventory frequently to avoid having to back order
merchandise. If you are interested in a particular item but
do not see your size available, email us and we can you give
an idea of when it may be in stock or try checking the site
again later. |

| GARMENT CARE |
All
of our clothing items are made from blends of Polyester and
Spandex. Polyester has great durability (garments last longer
and withstand washing better over time) and the Spandex is what
gives the fabric its stretch.
We recommend washing garments in cold water at a low stress wash cycle. This will help to preserve the color and stretch of your garments. When drying, it is also recommended to use the lowest heat setting as well. Many of the garments can be laid flat to dry (not recommended in humid locations). Avoiding the dryer will lengthen the "lifetime" of your clothing. For garments that have beads, sequins, rhinestones or any other heat fused decorations, it is necessary to take the time to hand wash these items. Putting them in the washer (and even worse the dryer) will cause the displacement and/or damage of the applied embellishments. |
