clothing is a Los Angeles based store devoted exclusively
to offering REASONABLY PRICED social dancewear. Because we specialize in Latin dancewear, our styles are very popular
with Salsa, Tango and Ballroom dancers looking for social dance outfits or practice wear. However, the wearability and
fit of our styles make e.K. Clothing even more practical when looking for night clubwear, party attire and

Within
the U.S. : Standard 5-11 day delivery: Order will
arrive within 2-11 days from day order is placed. Average delivery time for standard shipping is 2-5 days from the day the order is placed, although with standard shipping there is no guaranteed delivery date. Overnight/2nd day delivery: Order will arrive within 1-3 BUSINESS days from day order is placed - delivery time depends on the time of day orders are placed, if orders are placed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday and how close the delivery location is to a mail hub. Orders received before 8AM PST will go out SAME DAY, unless placed on a Saturday or Sunday.
Within Canada: Outside
the U.S. : UK CUSTOMERS: Parcel Force charges a £13.50 service charge for customers to retrieve their package IN ADDITION to any customs fees. All postage fees are paid by e.K. Clothing and unfortunately we do not have control over foreign customs fees or 3rd party company fees for package handling overseas. *Please
note that arrival depends on local delivery service as well.* |

| VOLUME PURCHASE DISCOUNTS |
e.K. Clothing
currently offers groups of 6 or more additional discounts depending on exact quantity and stock availability. It is possible to
request custom colors or sizes for minimum purchases of 20 pieces per style.
We currently have wholesale pricing available for resellers with a valid reseller's permit or business license.
If interested, please contact us
to set up a wholesale account. There is
no obligation to make a purchase, but it is required to show
proof of ownership of a permanent, physical retail location where dancewear
or dance related products are sold to become a wholesale buyer
from e.K. Clothing (in addition to a reseller's permit/business license).

| RESTOCKING FEE |
A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to returns of $300.00 or more in merchandise. Please keep in mind it takes time to
process large orders - the order shipment and return processing time, packaging, subsidized shipping charges, and payment processing fees are all costs we are unable to recover. e.K. Clothing also reserves the right to charge restocking fees up to 50% of merchandise value on items that are returned to us damaged - we carefully inspect merchandise before it is sent out to our customers and can not refund damaged, washed, or worn items. |

Custom orders/Made to Order purchases are
non-refundable. All Womens' shoe sizes 10 1/2 -12, Platform Dance Shoes, Ladies' Latin Dance Boots and Mens' shoe sizes 13 1/2 - 14 are special order
and are not returnable. |

| RETURN POLICY |
Merchandise
can be returned WITHIN 14 days of receipt and may be refunded
or exchanged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee (sending the item(s) back to us). Items to be exchanged for the first time are shipped free of charge (we pay to send the exchange item(s) back to you)
within the U.S. Items that are reshipped/exchanged to Canada incur a $5.00 reshipping fee. MERCHANDISE MUST NOT BE VISIBLY WORN, WASHED OR DAMAGED. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR USED/DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. We also do not refund or exchange custom made items (unless otherwise noted in the item description) or dance panties. International exchanges (outside the U.S.) are subject to
a $15.00 reshipping fee. Refunds will be processed when returned
items are received and will be given minus the original shipping fee. No more than 2 exchange shipments are allowed per order. Shoes IT IS IMPORTANT TO READ THIS CAREFULLY AS THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE TRY YOUR NEW SHOES ON OVER A CLEAN, SOFT SURFACE. SOILED SHOES AND SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. Shoes can be returned new and unworn WITHIN 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Once a pair of shoes is exchanged the sale is considered final and can not be returned or exchanged again. Returns and exchanges should be sent to: e.K. Clothing 1526 Seabright Ave. Long Beach, CA 90813 **e.K. Clothing is not responsible for missing return/exchange shipments. Please insure your return/exchange packages. ALSO: It usually takes about 1-2 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed (returns/exchanges for international customers take longer due to shipping transit times). These 2 weeks include the mail transit time from the customer to us and then from us back to the customer. We process our returns/exchanges 1-2 times a week in batches. Most EXCHANGES are processed the same or next business day they are received. As far as time in transit - it takes packages a couple of days to reach their destination which is part of the return process. If there is a super rush to receive an item by a certain date, it is recommended to place a new, separate order. A credit will be given for the return merchandise on the original purchase when it is received. |

| AVAILABILITY |
For clothing & accessory items: If you are able to add an item to the online shopping cart, it
is physically in stock at our store and will be shipped right away. On occasion, items may take up to 3 business days to ship. We restock our inventory frequently to avoid having to back order merchandise. If you are interested in a particular item but do not see your size available, email us and we can you give an idea of when it may be in stock or try checking the site again later. For Shoes: Most regular (not special order or custom) shoes are in stock. Most shoes are not shipped from our retail location. Sometimes shoes on our website on back order - which means they would ship out 3-5 weeks from the order date. If this is the case with your order, an email regarding this delay will be sent to you right away. |

| GARMENT CARE |
All
of our clothing items are made from blends of Polyester and
Spandex. Polyester has great durability (garments last longer
and withstand washing better over time) and the Spandex is what
gives the fabric its stretch.
We recommend washing garments in cold water at a low stress wash cycle. This will help to preserve the color and stretch of your garments. When drying, it is also recommended to use the lowest heat setting as well. Many of the garments can be laid flat to dry (not recommended in humid locations). Avoiding the dryer will lengthen the "lifetime" of your clothing. For garments that have beads, sequins, rhinestones or any other heat fused decorations, it is necessary to take the time to hand wash these items. Putting them in the washer (and even worse the dryer) will cause the displacement and/or damage of the applied embellishments. |
